What does the platform do?
It generates rulebooks automatically from the source text, connects to your documents in OneDrive, SharePoint, Google Drive, Dropbox and more, guides evidence collection with AI-driven checklists, tags and evaluates every document rule by rule, cites the exact policy text behind each finding, turns gaps into cases with owners and history, and re-evaluates automatically when new evidence arrives. The platform runs today on the federal rulebook for community health centers, and the process is patented (US 12,633,153).
How does a new market get its rulebook?
AlphaClear generates it automatically from the regulation, the surveyor guidance or your policy manual, with every rule linked to its source text. Your compliance lead can review, edit and sign off any rule. For each new market we build the first rulebooks with our first customers there, in a 90-day pilot.
Which markets can AlphaClear serve?
Any market where evidence is checked against a rulebook. We start in healthcare with renal care and rural health clinics; legal, credit markets and agricultural compliance work the same way. Markets beyond healthcare are not built yet.
Where does the evidence come from?
From where your documents already live. Connect OneDrive, SharePoint, Google Drive, Dropbox and more, or upload files directly. AI-driven checklists show each team what evidence every rule needs, what is already proven and what is still missing.
Do you need patient or customer records?
